Learning About Refugees at St. Paul’s
On Saturday morning, 2nd and 3rd grade students listened, colored, and learned about refugees. They first listened to several children’s books about refugees. They then completed the Faces of Our World Activity books. They learned what it means to be a refugee and they learned which countries most refugee countries. Most importantly, they learned that they like many of the same foods and activities as refugee kids. The children are looking forward to sending their letters to the children at The Home Project.
