UNHCR issues a non-return advisory for Afghanistan

UNHCR (UN Refugee Agency) spokesperson Shabio Mantoo addresses the press in Geneva. The UNHCR has called for a bar on forced returns of Afghan nationals. UNHCR is concerned that civilians are at risk of human rights violations, especially women and girls, as well as those associated with Afghan government, international organizations and international military forces.
